A new application note is available which shows how to establish communications between a CTI 2500 Series PLC and Simatic S7 using the 2500P-ECC1 Ethernet Communications Coprocessor and Modbus-TCP protocol. The application note includes sample configurations for both ECC1, S7, and CP-343 communications module.
